Chef and Owner, Bill Egenlauf, a CIA graduate, brings his many years of experience to Chez Willy's in Galesburg. The unique American cuisine, and premium wine selections are a treat for anyone visiting Galesburg and especially for our regular customers. Stop in for big city dining in a small town atmosphere. We are open for lunch Monday - Friday 11am - 1:30pm. Dinner is served Monday - Saturday starting at 4:30pm. Relax after work, or before dinner with friends.
